Practical Scrappers Challenge

What would make you feel better faster than BLING! I made this cute little card and added a little bling to the stamp...... then before I knew it the card was covered in BLING... OMG! I love it! Sometimes it just has to be done!

I finally figured out how to make my own backgrounds for my blog! After many trials, many many hours of reading, and 3 days of copy, paste, edit, copy, paste, edit. I got it! The feeling after so much hard work is great! I can't believe that so many just give away that much hard work! At least we know SOME things in life are free! So if you are a blogger who uses a freebie background (that is ultra fab) be very thankful! 
Because of all my hard work I decided to celebrate and went shopping for some new stamps! Michaels is having a fabulous sale and I prolly spent over my budget, but I deserve it once in a while!

I made this card a while ago and I don't remember all the details...:( sorry

My mother in law had the paper, it feels almost like a material. The flowers are silk from her stash. I used wire for the stems and the leaves and center stones are embellies she had in her stash... Thanks Lana for all the great supplies! *giggle*

CPS 148 Challenge

CPS Challenge this week makes it so simple.  I threw this cute little card together in about 30 min... just because I can never decide how to arrange it!

Recipe: PC Hug bug (background), misc paper for center, ALL embelishments are doodlebug design inc. stickers! (fancy frills, candy shoppe, icons)

I thought the embellies were so cute and I have been looking for a reason to use them! TY CPS! Enjoy!
